The food was really great, the drinks were prepared, very well, and loved the trivia in the bar area. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a quiet evening or a fun evening on any night. Service was top-notch, very attentive.
Popped in here for an impromptu "linner" or "dunch"...whatever made-up wordsmith combination you prefer for that odd time between lunch and dinner. I believe that this location was formerly an Outback, so the inside was spacious. We were seated right away. First - our server...she was awesome. Super attentive, helpful and just really cool. I'd go back there simply because she was so good. We started with the mini chicken tacos and green bean fries. Had I known that the mini tacos were fried, I might have tried something else since the green beans were taking care of that fryer craving. But, they were pretty good - albeit simple. Just a little bit of spiced chicken inside a small hard shell...the right size for dipping in sour cream or salsa. I think it was my first time having green bean fries and I enjoyed them. Both appetizers were served piping hot. Main courses: blackened salmon and chicken caprese. Solid reviews on the chicken and I liked my salmon but I should have asked for it more rare (it was slightly over cooked for my preference). Seasoning was just right and the little dollop of hollandaise sauce added a little "sumthin-sumthin". Portions are VERY generous and we had a ton leftover. While we were there, someone playing live music was just getting started. Overall, a good experience and I'd certainly go back in the future.
Oh, Yea! this place definitely meets all that breakfast cravings. Wanted real food that's not pre-packaged from the Six Flags lodge, and this restaurant was just a three minute drive away. My family opted for out-door dining since it was such nice morning weather. Waitress was super nice and friendly, gave us good recommendations and signature breakfast dishes the place offers. Food did take a while to come through, so when it finally reached the table I did a happy dance under the table. Food portions were big, because I was so hungry I thought I could devour the whole plate to myself. I ended up sharing the Mushroom cheddar omelette with my sister instead. I tried my sister's Waffles and bacon, both were cooked to perfection; with the waffle so fluffy, combined with the crispy bacon-it was a great match. I was so stuff from my meal and ready to conquer Six Flags theme park across the street. Yes!
Easy to find place on the road. Good ribeye steak for only $34! The salad pictured was ok. The server was very attentive and friendly. Really appreciated the 15% Veteran's discount at a time when many places don't. That saved us almost $8.
